We know how eager you are to receive your Two Sisters package! Please allow up to 4 business days for your order to be prepared for shipment.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email and tracking number.
Once the package is in the hands of USPS, FedEx or UPS we cannot control how long it takes for the package to arrive at your address. If an item is not delivered within the time frame given by USPS, FedEx or UPS we can typically place a claim after 14 days. Once the claim has been approved, we can refund your order.
Recycling
We recycle as much material as possible when shipping, so you may receive a re-appropriated box, bubble wrap, or other shipping material.
Order Cancellation
Orders may not be cancelled once placed.
Returns
We do not cover the shipping for a return. Please see our Return Policy for further information on returns. Returns can be made up to 10 business days after purchasing OR receiving the item. The item must be in perfect condition without stains, rips, tears, or any damage.
